Born in Massachusetts, Todd moved down to Florida to attend law school and has remained there ever since. In April 2015 he was rear-ended by another vehicle in an accident which damaged his spinal cord.
Prior to his accident, Todd and his wife enjoyed traveling to places such as the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Spain, and all across Europe. Today, he enjoys exercise, reading, traveling, movies, legal research, meditation, and computers.
